Hello all, I hope the first half of the New Year has been prosperous.  Now that tax season is over, you can now dive into spring cleaning your business this summer.  Take some time to think about why you started your business and analyze where you are today. 
 
o    Are you still excited?
o    Are you still focused?
o    Are you overwhelmed?
o    Are you running your business, or is your business running you?
o    Have you reached your goals? If so, how?  If not, why not?
 
What are some things that you can change or do differently that will aid you in maximizing your potential?  Is it small things like getting organized or resetting your priorities?  Maybe some bigger changes need to take place, like changing processes and procedures.  Do you have processes and procedures in place?  If not, maybe putting some in place so that things flow more smoothly is in order.  Have you reviewed your business plan lately?  If so, are you still on track or what do you need to do to get on track?
 
Take this time to reflect on where your business has been, where it is today and where you would like it to be and find ways to move into that direction. 
 
Some tips for moving into the spring cleaning direction:
o    Have a brainstorming session with colleagues
o    Review your current processes
o    Clean out old files
o    Reconnect with past clients
o    Revamp your marketing and business plan
